ASK dynamically routes your delivery
The first time TNT used ASK was to check whether hundreds of mobile phones were still in use. ASK has since been used for flexible work planning in the Dutch postal service, which TNT has taken over.Since 1st June 2007, ASK has helped plan flexible work time in all 6 sorting offices in the Netherlands. Previously it took 20 planners 2 days to do this planning but with ASK the work can be done by 1 planner in 3 hours.
ASK Community Services works with its clients. Together with TNT, we have been considering ways of expanding ASK’s use in logistics, particularly new services TNT Post could offer. For example, ASK could keep customers informed about the delivery of a package via email or sms.
