The ASK system design is based on two servers, an application- and a communication server. The communication server uses the IAX protocol for its VoiP connectivity. The design enables clients to add user accounts with different permissions and functionalities. Information is stored in robust, scaleable MySQL databases. CHAP (Common Hybrid Agent Platform) technology is used to build a hybrid network between humans and computers. This technology for the development of intelligent information systems was developed by our parent organization, Almende.
ASK uses automatic classification and matching algorithms developed in the context of many research projects. More information about the technical & operational product components can be found in our downloads section.
The interface between the client and the ASK system is fully web based. A user friendly interface was designed for easily adapting different preferences, without getting lost in abundant parameters.
Each application of the ASK system is unique. We provide several options for integration in your company's environment. By default, your ASK system will be hosted at our managed server farm, but we also provide the option to have an in-house server at the client's side.
